Sean is a kiwi lawyer and stand up known for his semi-intellectual comedic blend of absurdity, silliness and brutal existentialism. He began his comedy career by winning the Wellington (NZ) Raw Comedy Competition in 2018 and has since performed at major venues in several countries around the world.

 

After moving to Australia in 2023 he quickly made a name for himself, winning the Comedy Out West Competition at the Melbourne Comedy Festival twice in a row (2024, 2025) and gaining millions of views on his stand up clips online. He was also the winner of the Best Newcomer Award (Auckland) at NZ Comedy Festival 2025 and most recently won the Best Newcomer Award at the Sydney Comedy Festival 2026 for his show “Shitegeist.”
